What they need
JOB SCOPE (รายละเอียดงาน)
- รับออเดอร์ ประสานงานติดตามสถานะ และจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาการขนส่งให้กับลูกค้า
- วางแผนเส้นทางและจัดสรรการวิ่งงานของ Rider ในการจัดส่งสินค้า
- ประสานงานกับบริษัทประกันภัยเมื่อเกิดอุบัติเหตุ
- ติดตามและควบคุมระยะเวลาการจัดส่งสินค้า ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่บริษัทกำหนด
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปข้อมูลเที่ยววิ่งงาน
QUALIFICATIONS (คุณสมบัติ)
- เพศชาย อายุ 23–30 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนโลจิสติกส์/ขนส่ง 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- ใช้ Excel ได้ในระดับดี
- มีความสามารถด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การแก้ปัญหา และการเจรจาต่อรอง
- ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและบริหารหลายงานพร้อมกันได้
- สามารถทำงานได้ 6 วัน ต่อสัปดาห์ได้
