รายละเอียดงาน
- ตรวจสอบ บำรุงรักษา และซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักร CNC (Preventive & Corrective Maintenance)
- วิเคราะห์สาเหตุปัญหาเครื่องจักร และดำเนินการแก้ไขให้กลับมาทำงานได้ตามมาตรฐาน
- ตรวจสอบและซ่อมบำรุงระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบควบคุม และระบบอัตโนมัติที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดูแลรักษาและซ่อมบำรุงระบบคอมเพรสเซอร์ (ลม) รวมถึงตรวจสอบอุณหภูมิ แรงดัน และการทำงานของคอมเพรสเซอร์
- ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรตามแผนที่กำหนด
- บันทึกรายงานการซ่อมบำรุง และจัดทำเอกสารด้าน Maintenance
- รายงานปัญหาและผลการแก้ไขเครื่องจักรในแผนกผลิตให้หัวหน้าทราบเป็นระยะ
- ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของบริษัทและระบบมาตรฐานต่างๆที่บริษัทกำหนดไว้
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายโดยผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ช่างกลโรงงาน / เทคนิคการผลิต / เทคนิคอุตสาหกรรม / ช่างไฟฟ้า
มีประสบการณ์ซ่อมบำรุงเครื่อง CNC จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีทักษะแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและทำงานเป็นทีม
พร้อมทำงานเป็นกะ หรือทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ตามความจำเป็น
เข้าใจระบบ ISO9001, ISO/TS16949
