Key Responsibilities
จัดทำและดูแลระบบกระดานแสดงผลการตลาด (Marketing Dashboard) และรายงานตามรอบเวลาที่กำหนด
วิเคราะห์และประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ของกิจกรรมหลังจบแคมเปญ
ดำเนินการกระทบยอดข้อมูล (Reconcile) ระหว่างแพลตฟอร์มโฆษณา ระบบขาย ระบบ ERP และระบบ CRM เพื่อสร้างความถูกต้องของฐานข้อมูล
จำแนกและจัดกลุ่มลูกค้า (Customer Segmentation) เบื้องต้น เพื่อสนับสนุนการยิงโฆษณาหรือการสื่อสารเฉพาะกลุ่ม
นำเสนอข้อสรุปเชิงลึกและข้อเสนอแนะเชิงปฏิบัติแก่ CMO หรือผู้จัดการฝ่ายการตลาด
ติดตามและตรวจสอบว่าข้อเสนอแนะเชิงลึกได้รับการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้จริงในองค์กร
