Suranaree Farm กำลังมองหาบุคลากรด้านการตลาดเพื่อเข้ามาร่วมงานและเติบโตไปพร้อมกับเรา เราไม่ได้มองหาเพียงคนที่สามารถสร้างสรรค์คอนเทนต์เท่านั้น แต่กำลังมองหาคนที่ต้องการร่วมสร้างและพัฒนาแบรนด์ โปรตีนจากแมลง ให้เป็นที่รู้จักทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก

• วางแผนและดำเนินกลยุทธ์ด้านการตลาดสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเกษตรและอาหาร
• ดูแลช่องทาง Social Media และสร้างสรรค์คอนเทนต์
• สื่อสารและสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า รวมถึงออกพบลูกค้าและทำกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายในพื้นที่ต่างจังหวัด
• สื่อสาร เจรจาต่อรอง และนำเสนอสินค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ผลักดันกิจกรรมด้านการตลาดและการขายสำหรับกลุ่มลูกค้า B2C (Business to Consumer)

คุณสมบัติที่เรามองหา

• รักและมีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสินค้าเกษตร อาหาร และธุรกิจฟาร์ม
• มีความรู้และความเข้าใจในการใช้งาน Social Media
• มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และการนำเสนอที่ดี
• มีความสนใจด้านการตลาดและการขายแบบ B2C
• ชอบพบปะลูกค้า และพร้อมเดินทางไปทำงานในพื้นที่ต่างจังหวัด
• กล้าคิด กล้าลงมือทำ รักการเรียนรู้ และมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
• หากมีความรู้หรือวุฒิการศึกษาในสาขา เกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร หรือสัตวศาสตร์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

About the role

Suranaree Farm is looking for a Marketing professional to join and grow with us. We are not just looking for someone to create content, but someone who wants to build the brand of insect-based protein to be recognized in Thailand and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for agricultural and food products
• Manage social media presence and content creation
• Engage with customers and conduct outreach across provinces
• Communicate, negotiate, and present products effectively
• Drive B2C marketing and sales initiatives

About you

• Love and understand agricultural products, food, and farm business
• Knowledge of social media usage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Interest in marketing and B2C sales
• Enjoy meeting customers and traveling to different provinces
• Brave in thinking and doing, love learning, and have creative ideas
• Knowledge or education in agriculture, food science, or animal science (preferred)
