About the role
Marketing Junior มีหน้าที่ช่วยทีม Marketing ในการ Execute แผนการตลาดให้เกิดขึ้นจริงตาม Timeline ตั้งแต่การประสานงาน Content, KOL/Influencer, Promotion, Campaign และ Event ไปจนถึงการเก็บข้อมูลและสรุปผลของแต่ละกิจกรรม ตำแหน่งนี้เหมาะกับคนที่มีความคล่องตัว เรียนรู้เร็ว จัดการหลายงานพร้อมกันได้ และสามารถเปลี่ยน Marketing Plan ให้กลายเป็นงานที่เสร็จจริงตามกำหนด
Key responsibilities
- ช่วยดำเนินงาน Marketing Campaign ตามแผนของ Marketing Manager
- จัดทำ Campaign Checklist และติดตาม Timeline ของแต่ละงาน
- ประสานงานกับทีม Content, Graphic, Sales, Customer Service และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบให้งานต่าง ๆ พร้อมก่อนวัน Launch Campaign
- ช่วยวาง Content Calendar ตาม Campaign Plan
- เตรียม Brief สำหรับ Content / Graphic / Video
- ค้นหา KOL / Influencer ที่เหมาะกับสินค้าและ Target Customer
- ติดต่อและประสานงานเรื่อง Rate Card, Product Seeding และ Campaign
- รวบรวม Marketing Performance รายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน
- ติดตาม Trend ใน Beauty / Wellness / Home-use Beauty Device / Retail
About you
- ประสบการณ์ประมาณ 0–2 ปีใน Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content, E-commerce หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เด็กจบใหม่สามารถสมัครได้ หากมี Portfolio หรือประสบการณ์ Internship ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ใช้ Google Sheets / Excel / Canva / Social Media ได้
- เข้าใจพื้นฐานของ Instagram, TikTok, Facebook และ Marketplace
- มีความสนใจเรื่อง Beauty, Wellness, Consumer Products หรือ Social Media
- สามารถจัดการหลาย Task พร้อมกันได้
- Communication และ Coordination ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและเรียนรู้เร็ว
- Follow-through ดี — งานที่รับไปต้องตามจนจบ
- Detail-oriented โดยเฉพาะเรื่องราคา Promotion, Timeline และ Content
