รายละเอียดงาน:
- วางแผนการตลาด การสำรวจ และวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ เพื่อนำมาประกอบการจัดทำแผนการตลาดโครงการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- วางแผนกำหนดกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารการตลาด ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ทุกช่องทาง เพื่อเพิ่มช่องทางการขายร่วมกันประเมินผลแผนการตลาดรวมทั้งปรับเปลี่ยนกลยุทธ์ต่างๆ ให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบัน
- สร้างแบรนด์ (Brand Communication) เลือกช่องทาง วิธีการ รูปแบบ จังหวะ และ ข้อความสำหรับสื่อสารแบรนด์
- เขียน Online Content และคำโฆษณาให้เหมาะสมในแต่ละช่องทาง
- สื่อประสานงานกับเอเจนซี่โฆษณา ออแกไนเซอร์ และ Supplier ตลอดจนการเผยแพร่สื่อออนไล
คุณสมบัติประจำตำแหน่ง
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี-โท สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานวางแผนการตลาด, กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการตลาด ในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS. Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน และสามารถเดินทางไปทำงานที่ต่างจังหวัดได้
