• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.

• Strong understanding of the Phuket real estate market and target audiences, including international buyers and investors.

• Proven experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, Content Strategy).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages such as Russian or Chinese are a plus).

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to use data-driven insights for marketing decisions.

• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a marketing team and coordinate with sales and external agencies.

• Creative, strategic, and hands-on with a proactive approach to achieving marketing goals.
