Job Responsibilities :

·   Control caddy service in golf course

ควบคุมและดูแลการให้บริการของแคดดี้ภายในสนามกอล์ฟ

·    Control golfers' playing time (Pace of Play)

ควบคุมระยะเวลาในการออกรอบของนักกอล์ฟ (Pace of Play) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

·    Organize and control the caddies on the courses

จัดระเบียบ ควบคุม และบริหารการปฏิบัติงานของแคดดี้ภายในสนามกอล์ฟ

·    Caddy training

วางแผนและดำเนินการฝึกอบรมแคดดี้

·    Check the composition of the courses

ตรวจสอบสภาพและความพร้อมของสนามกอล์ฟ

·    Check the equipment, tools, markers or digits to tell the different stages to be in perfect condition

ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ ป้ายสัญลักษณ์ และเครื่องหมายต่าง ๆ ภายในสนามให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานและสมบูรณ์

·     Check courses condition And coordinate with the Golf maintenance department to improve

the damaged spots

ตรวจสอบสภาพสนามกอล์ฟ และประสานงานกับฝ่ายบำรุงรักษาสนามกอล์ฟ (Golf Maintenance) เพื่อแก้ไข

และปรับปรุงพื้นที่ที่ชำรุดหรือเสียหาย

·    Check golfers' playing practices according to the rules and regulations of the golf course

ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติของนักกอล์ฟให้เป็นไปตามกฎ ระเบียบ และข้อบังคับของสนามกอล์ฟ

·    Check and manage in the courses in relation to golf rules, such as obstacles, pins, distance marks.

ตรวจสอบและดูแลองค์ประกอบต่าง ๆ ภายในสนามที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกฎกอล์ฟ เช่น สิ่งกีดขวาง ธงหลุม และหลักบอกระยะ

·    Helps to observe and analyze to evaluate the performance of caddies in various work and duty on

a weekly basis.

ช่วยสังเกต วิเคราะห์ และประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของแคดดี้ในหน้าที่ต่าง ๆ เป็นรายสัปดาห์

·    Help to observe and analyze to evaluate the performance of the caddy in service in golf courses.

ช่วยสังเกต วิเคราะห์ และประเมินคุณภาพการให้บริการของแคดดี้ในสนามกอล์ฟ

·    Control the behavior of the caddy at the time of work and entered the course according to the Local rules.

ควบคุมและกำกับดูแลพฤติกรรมของแคดดี้ระหว่างปฏิบัติงานและขณะอยู่ในสนาม ให้เป็นไปตามกฎท้องถิ่น (Local Rules)

และระเบียบของสนาม

·    Report various events to the Golf service Manager Or the GM-Golf

รายงานเหตุการณ์หรือปัญหาต่าง ๆ ต่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริการกอล์ฟ (Golf Service Manager)

หรือผู้จัดการทั่วไปฝ่ายกอล์ฟ (GM-Golf)

·    Other tasks as assigned by the manager or GM-Golf

ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการหรือ GM-Golf มอบหมาย

·    Coordinate with relevant departments to enable golfers to enjoy golfing satisfaction

ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้นักกอล์ฟได้รับประสบการณ์และความพึงพอใจสูงสุดในการใช้บริการสนามกอล์ฟ
