What they need
ลักษณะงาน
- จัดการข้อมูลคำขอเรียกเก็บผู้ถือบัตรที่ได้รับไฟล์จากร้านค้าผ่านทาง E-mail เพื่อนำเข้าสู่ระบบ Recurring Payment (การตัดเงินอัตโนมัติ)
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามผลการประมวลผล พร้อมทั้งประสานงานและแจ้งผลให้กับลูกค้าผ่านทาง E-mail
- ดำเนินการจัดการข้อมูลจากไฟล์ รวมถึงการแปลงไฟล์ และประมวลผลผ่านโปรแกรม Run Script (OARM)
- สรุปผลการดำเนินงาน และจัดทำรายงานส่งแจ้งผลร้านค้า
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการ การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ และสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีทักษะการติดต่อประสานงาน
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
