Motor Claim Technician จนท. พิจารณาเคลมประกันอะไหล่รถยนต์(วารันตี)

ใช้ความเชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคนิคยานยนต์ของคุณมาสู่บทบาทที่ได้ตัดสินใจจริง
ในทีมสินไหทมรถยนต์ของเรา คุณจะวิเคราะห์สาเหตุความเสียหายและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการซ่อมในระบบ ICE/Hybrid/EV (เครื่องยนต์ ระบบส่งกำลัง/เกียร์ เพลาขับ/ระบบขับเคลื่อน ระบบระบายความร้อน ระบบเชื้อเพลิง และระบบไฟฟ้า/ECU) พิจารณาสิทธิความคุ้มครองตามเงื่อนไข และประสานงานกับศูนย์บริการและลูกค้า เหมาะสำหรับช่างเทคนิคที่มีประสบการณ์ วิศวกรจากบริษัทผู้ผลิต (OEM) หรือผู้ประเมินเคลมประกันภัยรถยนต์ที่ต้องการเติบโตและสร้างผลลัพธ์ที่มีความหมายมากขึ้น

ความรับผิดชอบงาน

• บันทึกและสรุปผลการพิจารณาเคลมประกันรถยนต์
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปเกี่ยวกับสภาพรถยนต์และความเสียหาย
• ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์บริการและลูกค้า เพื่อทบทวนผลการตรวจสอบสำหรับการรับประกัน จัดทำประวัติการตรวจสอบ และเจรจาผลการเคลมภายใต้ข้อกำหนด
• ป้อนข้อมูลอย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพตามนโยบายของบริษัท แผนโครงการ และมาตรฐานการบริการ
• ตรวจสอบข้อมูลและจัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค รายงาน และผลการพิจารณาเคลมสำหรับศูนย์บริการ ลูกค้า และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ร้องขอ

คุณสมบัติ

• การศึกษา: วุฒิ ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรีในสาขาช่างยนต์/เทคโนโลยียานยนต์, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือใบรับรองมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน ในสาขาช่างยนต์
• ประสบการณ์: มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในงานเคลมประกันภัยรถยนต์ และ/หรือ เป็นช่างยนต์/ช่างเทคนิคในศูนย์บริการยานยนต์ หรือรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน EV จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์: มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน Microsoft Word, Excel และ MS application
• ทักษะ: สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน มีความคิดวิเคราะห์ทางเทคนิคที่ดีและการตัดสินใจที่เหมาะสม
• คุณลักษณะส่วนตัว: มีความกระตือรือร้น, ทำงานเชิงรุก, น่าเชื่อถือ และตรงต่อเวลา สามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระโดยยังคงรักษาคุณภาพการบริการ
• ภาษา: สามารถใช้ภาษาไทยได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว (ทั้งพูดและเขียน) หากมีความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษระดับดี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

เงื่อนไขการทำงาน

• เวลาทำงาน: 08:30-17:30 (40 ชั่วโมง/สัปดาห์)
• วันทำงาน: ปกติทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ (วันจันทร์-วันศุกร์) และประมาณ 1 วันเสาร์ต่อเดือน โดยจะมีวันหยุดชดเชยเพิ่มให้ในวันธรรมดาในสัปดาห์เดียวกัน
• สถานที่ทำงาน: ซอยเพชรบุรี 35, มักกะสัน, ราชเทวี
