Job Summary

ดูแลการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ Skincare และ Cosmetics ตั้งแต่การวิเคราะห์ตลาด พัฒนาแนวคิด คัดเลือกสารสกัดและบรรจุภัณฑ์ ประสานงาน Supplier จนถึงการเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์

Lead skincare and cosmetics NPD from market research and concept development to ingredient sourcing, packaging, supplier coordination and product launch.

Key Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ดูแลโครงการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ตั้งแต่ Concept จนถึง Commercial Launch / Lead NPD projects from concept to commercial launch.
• วิเคราะห์ตลาด ผู้บริโภค คู่แข่ง และเทรนด์ผลิตภัณฑ์ / Conduct market, consumer, competitor and product trend analysis.
• ค้นหาและประเมินสารสกัด สูตรผลิตภัณฑ์ และบรรจุภัณฑ์ใหม่ / Research and evaluate active ingredients, formulations and packaging solutions.
• สรรหาและประสานงานกับ Supplier, OEM/ODM และ Packaging Vendors / Source and coordinate with suppliers, OEM/ODM manufacturers and packaging vendors.
• ประเมิน Sample, Quotation, MOQ และ Lead Time พร้อมเจรจาเงื่อนไขการค้า / Evaluate samples, quotations, MOQ and lead times, and negotiate commercial terms.
• ประสานงานด้านสูตร บรรจุภัณฑ์ Artwork และ Product Specifications / Coordinate formulation, packaging, artwork and product specifications.
• ควบคุม Timeline ต้นทุน คุณภาพ และเอกสาร BOM ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย / Manage timelines, costs, quality standards and BOM documentation.
• ทำงานร่วมกับ Marketing, Purchasing, Operations และ QA เพื่อให้เปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ได้ตามแผน / Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง / Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• มีประสบการณ์ 3–5 ปีในสาย Product Development, R&D, Product Management, Merchandise หรือ Marketing / 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Skincare, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty, Food Supplement หรือ FMCG.
• เข้าใจกระบวนการ NPD ตั้งแต่ Concept จนถึง Product Launch.
• มีประสบการณ์ประสานงาน Supplier, OEM/ODM หรือ Packaging Vendors.
• สามารถประเมิน Sample, Quotation, MOQ, Lead Time และต้นทุนได้.
• มีทักษะด้านการเจรจาต่อรอง การบริหารโครงการ และการทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่าย.
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และติดตามเทรนด์ Skincare และ Cosmetics อย่างสม่ำเสมอ.

Working Days & Hours

• วันจันทร์–วันศุกร์ และวันเสาร์เว้นวัน / Monday–Friday and alternate Saturdays
• เวลา 9.00–18.00 น. / 9.00 AM–6.00 PM
