Role & Responsibility
- Market Intelligence: ติดตามวิเคราะห์เทรนด์อาหาร เทคโนโลยีการผลิตอาหาร และพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภค
- Product Concept & Strategy: รวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อสร้างสรรค์แนวคิดผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ๆ (New Product Concept)
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่าย RD และฝ่ายอื่นๆที่เกีี่ยวข้อง
- ติดต่อ Supplier เพื่อหาแนวคิดบรรจุภัณฑ์ และแนวโน้มตลาดใหม่ๆ
- จัดทำข้อมูลสรุปงานประจำเดือน และเอกสารอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- วางแผน Timeline ของโปรเจคที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ปฏิบัตงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Specification
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา บริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
- มีประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี ในงาน BD, NPD, หรือบริหารธุรกิจ, การตลาดในธุรกิจอาหาร และอื่นๆ
- มีความสามารถในการทำ Presentation, การออกแบบ Art Work, AI, สื่อการตลาด เบื้องต้น เพื่อประกอบการนำเสนอแนวคิดไอเดีย จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
