จัดทำรายงานประจำสัปดาห์ และรายงานประจำเดือน - ควบคุมการเบิกจ่ายของผู้รับเหมาย่อย ควบคุมการสั่งซื้อ
จัดทำรายงานการประชุมของโครงการ
ติดตามความคืบหน้าโครงการ Actual Progress เทียบกับ Baseline Schedule ทุกรายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน
เก็บข้อมูลอัตราการทำงาน ในงานโครงสร้าง
