หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Job Description)
- วางแผนและติดตามการดำเนินงานประจำวันของแต่ละแผนก
- ประสานงานระหว่าง Production, Warehouse, Sales, Marketing และ Admin
- ควบคุม Timeline การผลิตและการจัดส่ง
- ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของ Stock, Supplier และ Resource
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไข Bottleneck ในการทำงาน
- พัฒนา SOP, Workflow และระบบติดตาม
- ควบคุมคุณภาพการดำเนินงานให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานบริษัท
- ติดตาม KPI ของทีมปฏิบัติการ
- สรุปรายงานและเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงต่อผู้บริหาร
- สนับสนุนการ Implement ระบบ ERP / OMS / CRM
