รายละเอียดงาน
- วางแผนและดำเนินการสรรหาพนักงานจำนวนมากตามเป้าหมายที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ทำงานเชิงรุกในการค้นหาแหล่งผู้สมัครใหม่ ๆ เช่น ลงพื้นที่, Job Fair, Walk-in, Online Channel
- คัดกรองใบสมัคร นัดสัมภาษณ์ และติดตามผลการสัมภาษณ์
- จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบเอกสารการจ้างงานให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- ดำเนินการขั้นตอนการว่าจ้างพนักงาน เช่น เสนอค่าจ้าง (Job Offer), นัดเริ่มงาน
- จัดทำและออกแบบสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์งานสรรหา
- ดูแลช่องทางประกาศรับสมัครงานทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์
- สนับสนุนงานด้าน Employer Branding ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสรรหา
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ด้านสรรหาบุคลากร / Mass Recruitment / ธุรกิจค้าปลีก
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
- มีความสามารถในการทำงานเชิงรุก และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- สามารถใช้ Social Media / Online Platform ในงานสรรหาได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ (เช่น Canva, PowerPoint หรือเครื่องมือออกแบบพื้นฐาน)
- สามารถเดินทางลงพื้นที่จัดกิจกรรมสรรหาได้
- ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์
