Operations, Analyst

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and seamless day-to-day operations. Your focus will span optimizing delivery/pickup routes, supporting procurement compliance, maintaining operational data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams—including riders, Customer Service, and clients—to solve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.

ในฐานะ Operations Analyst คุณจะมีบทบาทสำคัญในการดูแลและขับเคลื่อนงานปฏิบัติการประจำวันให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น ถูกต้อง และมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยรับผิดชอบทั้งการวางแผนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพเส้นทางจัดส่ง (Route Optimization) สนับสนุนกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างให้เป็นไปตามนโยบาย จัดการข้อมูลการดำเนินงาน พร้อมทั้งประสานงานกับทีมไรเดอร์ ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (CS) และลูกค้า เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและพัฒนาขั้นตอนการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

Key Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:**

• Support the execution of operational plans in alignment with company policies, procedures, and project requirements.
  สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานตามแผนปฏิบัติการ ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบาย ขั้นตอนการทำงาน และข้อกำหนดของโครงการ
• Assist in reviewing procurement requests and provide guidance on procurement rules and terms based on established policies and procedures.
  ช่วยตรวจสอบคำขอจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง (Procurement Requests) พร้อมให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับกฎเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขการจัดซื้อตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนที่กำหนด
• Help ensure project accuracy by following operational procedures, compliance requirements, and purchasing processes for on-ground operations.
  ช่วยดูแลความถูกต้องของการดำเนินงานภาคสนาม (On-ground Operations) โดยปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการทำงาน ข้อกำหนดด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์ (Compliance) และกระบวนการจัดซื้อ
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational data, reports, and documentation.
  จัดเก็บและดูแลข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงาน รายงาน และเอกสารต่าง ๆ ให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ
• Monitor project progress, identify operational issues, and provide timely updates and recommendations to support effective operations.
  ติดตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการ ระบุปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงาน พร้อมรายงานและเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขได้อย่างทันท่วงที เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
• Plan and optimize delivery/pickup routes, collaborating with rider teams, CS, and customers to ensure smooth on-ground operations and drive continuous improvement.
  วางแผนและปรับปรุงเส้นทางการจัดส่ง/รับสินค้า (Delivery/Pickup Routes) ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด โดยประสานงานกับทีมไรเดอร์ ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (CS) และลูกค้า เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานภาคสนามเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและเกิดการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• Support other operations activities as needed.
  สนับสนุนงานด้าน Operations อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

What we are looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics operations, fleet/route management, procurement support, or a related field.
  มีประสบการณ์ 1–2 ปี ด้านงานปฏิบัติการขนส่ง/โลจิสติกส์, การบริหารจัดการรถหรือเส้นทาง, การสนับสนุนงานจัดซื้อ หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• Basic understanding of procurement processes, compliance requirements, and operational controls.
  มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง ข้อกำหนดด้าน Compliance และการควบคุมการปฏิบัติงาน
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data management skills.
  เป็นคนละเอียดรอบคอบ มีทักษะการจัดระเบียบงานและการจัดการข้อมูลที่ดี
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  สามารถบริหารจัดการหลายงานและจัดลำดับความสำคัญได้ดีในสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดเวลา
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
  สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets และ Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• Good problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

• Proactive, with a willingness to support operational excellence.

• Fair command of both Thai and English.
