Gaia Beats เป็นเทศกาลดนตรีและเวิร์กช็อปแนวเวลเนสสำหรับทุกวัย จัดที่ Sense Hot Spring อ.แม่ออน จ.เชียงใหม่ วันที่ 22–24 มกราคม 2570 มีผู้เข้าร่วมประมาณ 1,500 คน มีหลายเวทีดนตรี ตลาด พื้นที่แคมป์ปิ้ง และโซนกิจกรรม ทีมงานของเรามีทั้งคนไทยและชาวต่างชาติ และเราเป็นกิจการเพื่อสังคมที่ไม่แสวงหากำไร

ตำแหน่งนี้ทำอะไร
ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับผู้จัดการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ ช่วยประสานงานกับทีมแต่ละโซน ซัพพลายเออร์ และหน่วยงานในพื้นที่ เพื่อให้ทุกอย่างพร้อมก่อนวันงาน

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ติดตามงานกับหัวหน้าแต่ละเวทีและโซนให้ส่งงานตามกำหนด เช่น แบบพื้นที่ สเปกเทคนิค รายการวัสดุ และตารางทีมงาน
• ติดต่อซัพพลายเออร์ ขอใบเสนอราคา และติดตามการจอง (ห้องน้ำ ไฟฟ้า น้ำดื่ม น้ำแข็ง รถรับส่ง ฯลฯ)
• อัปเดตตารางงาน รายการสั่งของ และรายชื่อผู้ติดต่อใน Google Sheets
• จดบันทึกการประชุมและส่งสรุปงานให้ทีม
• ช่วยสื่อสารและแปลระหว่างทีมงานชาวต่างชาติกับซัพพลายเออร์ ชาวบ้าน และหน่วยงานในพื้นที่
• ช่วยดูแลเรื่องทีมงานและอาสาสมัคร: การรับสมัคร ตารางกะ อาหาร และริสแบนด์
• ช่วยเตรียมเอกสารขออนุญาตและเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ช่วงติดตั้งและวันงาน: ประจำหน้างาน ดูแลให้งานเป็นไปตามแผน และเป็นผู้ประสานงานหลักแทนผู้จัดการในบางช่วง
• อำนวยความสะดวกให้กับผู้จัดการเกี่ยวกับงานอื่น ๆ หากมีความจำเป็นนอกเหนือจากหน้าที่ที่ระบุมาข้างต้น

คุณสมบัติ

• มีระเบียบ จัดการหลายงานพร้อมกันได้ และติดตามงานจนจบ
• สื่อสารชัดเจนและสุภาพ กล้าติดต่อคนใหม่ๆ ทั้งทางโทรศัพท์และ LINE
• ใช้ Google Sheets, Google Docs และ LINE ได้คล่อง
• อาศัยอยู่ในเชียงใหม่
• พร้อมประจำหน้างานเต็มเวลาช่วง 10–26 ม.ค. 2570 รวมเสาร์–อาทิตย์

จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับทำงาน (คะแนน TOEIC ประมาณ 500 คะแนนหรือภาษาอังกฤษระดับ B1 ขึ้นไป)
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านอีเวนต์ เทศกาล หรืองานโปรดักชัน
• มีใบขับขี่และพาหนะส่วนตัว (สถานที่จัดงานอยู่นอกเมือง)
• รู้จักซัพพลายเออร์หรือคนในพื้นที่เชียงใหม่และแม่ออน

รายละเอียดงาน

• ระยะเวลา: เริ่มงานทันที ถึง 31 ม.ค. 2570
• รูปแบบ: เข้าทำงานที่ออฟฟิศวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 8:00 - 17:00 ช่วง ต.ค.–ธ.ค.
  และเข้าไปประจำหน้างานช่วงมกราคม
• ค่าตอบแทน: 20,000 บาทหรือสามารถตกลงได้ตามประสบการณ์
• สถานที่: ออฟฟิศแถววัดอุโมงค์ หลังมหาวิทยาเชียงใหม่ และ Sense Hot Spring อ.แม่ออน

About the role

Work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate with teams across different zones, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure everything is ready before the event. This is a contract position for Gaia Beats Festival 2027, a music festival and wellness workshop held at Sense Hot Spring, Mae On District, Chiang Mai, from 22–24 January 2027, with approximately 1,500 participants.

Key responsibilities

• Track deliverables with each stage and zone leader to ensure work is submitted on schedule, including site plans, technical specifications, material lists, and team schedules
• Contact suppliers, request quotations, and track bookings (restrooms, electricity, drinking water, ice, transportation, etc.)
• Update schedules, purchase orders, and contact lists in Google Sheets
• Record meeting notes and send work summaries to the team
• Communicate and translate between international team members and suppliers, local residents, and local authorities
• Assist with team and volunteer management: recruitment, shift schedules, meals, and wristbands
• Prepare permit documentation and related paperwork
• During setup and event days: be on-site, ensure work proceeds according to plan, and serve as the primary coordinator in place of the Operations Manager when needed
• Provide support to the Operations Manager on other matters as necessary

About you

• Organised, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and able to follow through on work to completion
• Clear and polite communicator; comfortable contacting new people via phone and LINE
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and LINE
• Reside in Chiang Mai and ready to work full-time on-site from 10–26 January 2027, including weekends
• English communication at working level (TOEIC score approximately 500 or English level B1 and above)
• Experience in events, festivals, or production work
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (the venue is outside the city)
• Familiarity with suppliers or people in the Chiang Mai and Mae On area
