What they need
- Sales Data Accuracy กระทบยอดข้อมูล POS – บัญชี – ยอดโอนจาก Third-Party Platform เพื่อค้นหาและติดตามส่วนต่างให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน ตรวจสอบ Void, Discount และ Other Income ให้บันทึกถูกต้องตามสาขาและหมวดบัญชี จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย รายวัน / รายสัปดาห์ และวิเคราะห์ผลเทียบกับเป้าหมายในระดับ Chain / เขต / สาขา ดูแลและปรับปรุง Master Data ของสาขา เช่น Store, Area, Area Manager และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ Operations 2. Third-Party Platform Management ดูแลข้อมูล เมนู ราคา รูปภาพ และรายละเอียดสินค้า บน Delivery / Third-Party Platform ให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน ดำเนินการตั้งค่า เปิด–ปิด และตรวจสอบ Promotion บนแต่ละ Platform ติดตามและตรวจสอบ Refund / Claim รวมถึงกระทบยอดยอดขายกับยอดโอนจาก Platform ตรวจสอบ GP / Commission และค่าใช้จ่ายจาก Platform เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าถูกต้องตามเงื่อนไข ทำหน้าที่เป็น Key Contact ระหว่างบริษัทกับ Third-Party Platform และประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3. BOM & Cost Control ดูแลและปรับปรุง BOM (Bill of Materials) Master ให้สอดคล้องกับสูตรและมาตรฐานปัจจุบัน ตรวจสอบ Actual COGS % โดยพิจารณาร่วมกับ Yield และ Waste วิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างระหว่าง Standard Cost และ Actual Cost และติดตามสาเหตุของ Variance จัดทำ Cost Monitoring และแจ้งเตือนเมื่อเมนูมีต้นทุนสูงเกินเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ประสานงานกับ Operations, Supply Chain, Finance และ R&D เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านต้นทุน 4. Inventory & Stock Count วางแผนและกำหนดรอบ Stock Count สำหรับสาขา รวมถึงติดตามการดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ Stock Variance เพื่อระบุสาขาหรือรายการที่มีความผิดปกติ ติดตาม Waste, FIFO และสินค้าหมดอายุ พร้อมประสานงานกับสาขาเพื่อป้องกันการสูญเสีย วิเคราะห์แนวโน้ม Stock Movement และ Inventory Usage เพื่อสนับสนุนการควบคุมต้นทุนและการบริหารสต๊อค ติดตามปัญหา Stock Out และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อป้องกันผลกระทบต่อการขาย Qualifications — เพิ่ม ปริญญาตรีในสาขา Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Operations, Data Analysis, Inventory, Cost Control หรือ F&B Operations จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets ได้ในระดับใช้งานจริง โดยเฉพาะ Pivot Table, Lookup และ Dashboard มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน POS, Back Office และ Inventory / Stock Management System ในธุรกิจ F&B จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ หากมีทักษะ SQL หรือ Business Intelligence (BI) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการตรวจสอบข้อมูล และสามารถจัดการข้อมูลจำนวนมากได้อย่างเป็นระบบ สามารถรักษาความลับของข้อมูลบริษัท โดยเฉพาะ Sales, Cost, COGS และข้อมูลทางธุรกิจ Key Competencies Data Accuracy & Attention to Detail Cost Awareness & Cost Control Inventory Control Data Analysis & Problem Solving Cross-functional Coordination System & Process Management Ownership & Accountability
