What they need
- บันทึกและตรวจสอบจำนวน Order, Serial Number (SN), Return และ Exchange ในแต่ละวัน เพื่อให้ข้อมูลครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
- จัดทำและรวบรวมไฟล์สรุป ราคาขายประจำวัน (Daily Selling Price Report) ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง และส่งให้ฝ่ายบัญชีเพื่อดำเนินการต่อ
- ตรวจสอบและรวบรวมข้อมูล Order, Return และ Exchange ให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- จัดทำ Stock movement ของเเต่ละสัปดาห์
- ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Warehouse, Logistics, Finance และทีม E-commerce เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและติดตามสถานะของ Order และงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดำเนินการจัดทำรายละเอียดการเคลมโปรโมชั่นในเเต่ละเดือน ในทุกแพลตฟอร์ม SHOPEE/LAZADA/TIKTOK/Website
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Order Operations, Customer Service และ After-Sales ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- มีประสบการณ์ Customer Service, Online Customer Service, E-commerce หรือ After-sales จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ดูแล Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, LINE OA หรือ Social Media จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเขียนภาษาไทยที่ดี สามารถสื่อสารกับลูกค้าได้อย่างสุภาพและเป็นมืออาชีพ
- มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาและการจัดการข้อร้องเรียน
- มี Service Mind และสามารถเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้า
- สามารถทำงานหลายเคสพร้อมกันและบริหารลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการตรวจสอบ Order และข้อมูลลูกค้า
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office (Vlookup,Pivot) ได้ดี
