1. Packaging Design & Innovation Professional

Focus: Design • Creative • Consumer Experience

Job Description

• Develop and create innovative packaging concepts aligned with brand identity, product positioning, consumer needs, and market trends.
• Design packaging structures, graphics, visual concepts, and overall packaging experiences.
• Translate consumer insights and business requirements into creative packaging solutions.
• Develop prototypes and mock-ups from concept through design validation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Brand, Production, Engineering, and external suppliers to deliver packaging solutions.
• Explore new design trends, materials, technologies, and sustainable packaging concepts.
• Present and communicate design concepts to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Support packaging development from concept to commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Packaging Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication Design, or related fields.
• Experience in packaging, product, industrial, or related design is preferred.
• Strong skills in Creative Design, Concept Development, Visual Communication, and Presentation.
• Good understanding of packaging structure, materials, functionality, and manufacturing feasibility is an advantage.
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, or 3D/CAD tools is preferred.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and consumer-oriented mindset.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design capability is highly preferred.

2. Packaging R&D Manager – Discovery & Development

Focus: Discover • Develop • Innovate

Job Description

• Lead and manage the Packaging R&D team to drive innovation and packaging development projects.
• Develop packaging R&D strategies, technology roadmaps, and project priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the discovery and development of new packaging materials, technologies, structures, and solutions.
• Drive projects from Discovery → Concept → Development → Validation → Commercialization.
• Evaluate and develop packaging solutions considering quality, cost, functionality, sustainability, consumer needs, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Lead technical discussions and collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, technology partners, and external organizations.
• Manage multiple packaging development projects across different product categories.
• Provide technical direction, problem-solving, and decision-making for complex packaging development challenges.
• Coach, develop, and manage team members to build strong packaging R&D capabilities.
• Establish packaging knowledge, standards, best practices, and technology databases within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Technology, Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Packaging R&D, Packaging Development, Innovation, or related fields.
• Proven experience in team management and project management.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, structures, technologies, and development processes.
• Experience managing Discovery, Innovation, and New Product Development projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in food packaging and/or FMCG is highly preferred.

3. Packaging Technical Deployment Manager

Focus: Technical • Manufacturing • Deployment

Job Description

• Lead and manage the Packaging Technical Deployment team to ensure successful implementation of packaging solutions across manufacturing sites.
• Lead packaging implementation from Development → Trial → Scale-up → Commercial Production.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for packaging materials, packaging processes, machinery, and production issues.
• Manage technical teams supporting multiple product categories and manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, R&D, Procurement, and Suppliers to ensure effective packaging deployment.
• Lead packaging trials, qualification, validation, and production start-up activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve packaging performance, productivity, quality, cost, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Establish technical standards, specifications, processes, and best practices for packaging deployment.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems occurring during production and commercialization.
• Develop team capabilities and ensure effective technical support to manufacturing operations.
• Ensure packaging solutions are implemented safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials/Polymer Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Packaging Technical, Manufacturing, Engineering, Packaging Development, or related fields.
• Proven experience in technical team management and factory/manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, packaging processes, machinery, and production systems.
• Hands-on experience in Packaging Trial, Scale-up, Commercialization, and Technical Problem Solving.
• Experience working with multiple products, packaging formats, and manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manufacturing sites.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing / FMCG is highly preferred.
