What they need
- วางแผนและควบคุมงาน Packing ให้สอดคล้องกับ Production Plan และกำหนดส่งสินค้า
- ควบคุมกระบวนการบรรจุผลิตภัณฑ์ลงกล่อง ติดฉลาก พิมพ์ Lot No./MFG/EXP และการบรรจุลงลัง
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของผลิตภัณฑ์ ฉลาก กล่อง และวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ก่อนเริ่มงาน
- ควบคุม Line Clearance ก่อนเริ่มและหลังสิ้นสุดการ Packing เพื่อป้องกันการปะปนของสินค้าและบรรจุภัณฑ์
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของ Artwork, Product Name, Lot No., จำนวน และข้อมูลบนบรรจุภัณฑ์ระหว่างการผลิต
- ควบคุมการเบิกใช้และคืนบรรจุภัณฑ์ รวมถึงตรวจสอบยอดใช้จริงและยอดคงเหลือ
- ควบคุม Productivity, Yield และความสูญเสียในกระบวนการ Packing
- จัดสรรกำลังคนและวางแผนการทำงานของแต่ละ Packing Line
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุม Production/Packing Record ให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างกระบวนการ Packing
- ประสานงานกับ QA, QC, Warehouse, Supply Chain และฝ่ายผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำและทบทวน SOP/WI ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการ Packing
- ควบคุมพื้นที่และการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด GMP
