What they need
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ:
- ตอบแชทลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ ได้แก่ Lazada, Shopee, TikTok
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าและฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือผู้ไม่มีประสบการณ์
- สามารถทำงานได้ 5-6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ เป็นการสลับวันหยุดตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
- สามารถทำงานตามกะที่บริษัทกำหนดได้ (07.00 น.-16.00 น. และ 16.00 น.-01.00 น.) ไม่สามารถเลือกกะการทำงานเองได้
- มีคอมพิวเตอร์หรือโน้ตบุ๊กเป็นของตนเอง
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน
- พิมพ์ดีดไทยและอังกฤษได้คล่อง ไม่ต่ำกว่า 28 คำต่อนาที
- อ่านและเขียนภาษาไทยได้ดี
- สื่อสารได้ดี เป็นผู้ฟังที่ดี
- รักการบริการ และมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
