- ต้อนรับและให้บริการลูกค้า
- ให้ข้อมูลสินค้าและบริการลูกค้าที่เข้ามาในร้าน
- ตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติ ข้อดี และการใช้งานของสินค้า
- แนะนำสินค้าและส่งเสริมการขาย
- นำเสนอสินค้าใหม่หรือโปรโมชั่นพิเศษให้กับลูกค้า
- กระตุ้นความสนใจลูกค้าเพื่อให้เกิดการตัดสินใจซื้อ
- จัดเรียงและดูแลสินค้าบนชั้นวาง
- จัดเรียงสินค้าให้ดูเป็นระเบียบ สะอาดตา และดึงดูดลูกค้า
- ดูแลสต็อกสินค้าในร้านให้มีเพียงพอ และแจ้งเติมสินค้าหากขาด
- การบันทึกข้อมูลการขาย
- ใช้ระบบที่กำหนดเพื่อบันทึกยอดขาย
- ทำรายงานสรุปยอดขายและจัดส่งให้บริษัททุกวัน
- ดูแลความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบของพื้นที่ขาย
- รักษาความสะอาดของพื้นที่ทำงาน รวมถึงจัดเก็บสินค้าและอุปกรณ์ให้เรียบร้อย
