People Operations Director

Role Overview

ดูแล People Operations ของกลุ่มบริษัท ครอบคลุม People, Office Administration, IT & Library และ Internal Communication พร้อมวางระบบและมาตรฐานการทำงานให้ชัดเจน ตรวจสอบได้ และสนับสนุนการทำงานของ TADA Entertainment, SONRAY MUSIC และ 5x6 House ในรูปแบบ Shared Service

Key Responsibilities

• วางกลยุทธ์ แผนงาน โครงสร้างทีม และงบประมาณของ People Operations

• ดูแล Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance, Development และ Employee Relations

• บริหารสำนักงาน ทรัพย์สิน Vendor และงานจัดซื้อส่วนกลาง

• กำกับ IT Infrastructure, Software / License, Data Security และระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูล

• วางแผน Internal Communication, Culture & Values และ Employee Engagement

• รายงานผลการดำเนินงานและ People Risk ต่อ COO และผู้บริหาร

Qualifications

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Political Science หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ด้าน HR / People Operations 7 ปีขึ้นไป
• ประสบการณ์ระดับ Manager ขึ้นไป 3 ปีขึ้นไป และเคยบริหารมากกว่า 1 หน่วยงานพร้อมกัน
• มีประสบการณ์วางระบบ/กระบวนการสำหรับกลุ่มบริษัทจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• หากมีความเข้าใจธุรกิจ Entertainment / Media / Project-based Business จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
