Personal Brand Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

1. CEO Personal Branding — Primary Focus

รับผิดชอบการสร้างและพัฒนา Content สำหรับช่อง Personal Brand ของ CEO

หน้าที่หลัก ได้แก่:

• วาง Content Direction และ Content Calendar ร่วมกับ CEO

• หา Content Idea และ Content Angle จากชีวิตประจำวัน การทำงาน ธุรกิจ และประสบการณ์ของ CEO

• พัฒนา Content Series ที่สามารถทำต่อเนื่องและสร้าง Character ของช่องได้

• Interview / พูดคุยกับ CEO เพื่อดึงความคิด ประสบการณ์ และมุมมองออกมาเป็น Content

• คิด Hook, Storytelling และ Structure ของแต่ละ Content

• เขียน Script หรือ Talking Points สำหรับ Content ที่ต้องมีโครงสร้าง

• ตามถ่าย Content จากสถานการณ์จริง เช่น

  • การประชุม
  • การทำงานในบริษัท
  • การดูสินค้า
  • การเปิดสาขา
  • Business Trip
  • Event
  • Lifestyle
  • เบื้องหลังการตัดสินใจทางธุรกิจ

• ถ่าย Video / Photo Content ด้วยตัวเอง

• ตัดต่อ Short-form Content สำหรับ TikTok, Instagram Reels และช่องทางอื่น

• จัดทำ Caption และเตรียม Content สำหรับการ Publish

• Monitor Performance ของแต่ละ Content

• วิเคราะห์ว่า Content แบบใดควรทำต่อ ปรับ หรือพัฒนาเป็น Series ใหม่

• ติดตาม Trend และหา Format ใหม่ที่เหมาะกับ Character ของ CEO โดยไม่วิ่งตาม Trend จนเสีย Identity

2. Life at Labotte / Corporate Branding

ดูแล Content ที่ช่วยให้คนภายนอกรู้จัก Labotte ในฐานะบริษัท ทีมงาน และองค์กรที่กำลังเติบโต

3. End-to-End Content Production

ในช่วงแรก ผู้สมัครควรสามารถดูแล Workflow ได้ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ

Idea → Story → Shoot → Edit → Publish → Analyze

รวมถึง:

• ถ่าย Video ด้วย Camera / Smartphone ได้ดี
• เข้าใจ Lighting, Composition และ Audio ขั้นพื้นฐาน
• ตัดต่อ Short-form Video ได้
• ใส่ Subtitle / Graphic / Music / Sound Effect ให้เหมาะกับ Platform
• ทำ Content ให้เร็วโดยไม่จำเป็นต้อง Production ใหญ่ทุกชิ้น
• จัดเก็บ Raw Footage และ Content Asset อย่างเป็นระบบ

เราให้ความสำคัญกับ Speed + Storytelling + Authenticity มากกว่า Production ที่สวยแต่ใช้เวลานานเกินไป

What We Are Looking For

Must Have

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Content Creator, Video Content, Personal Branding, Social Media Content หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สามารถคิด Content Idea ได้ด้วยตัวเอง
• มี Sense ในการมองว่าเรื่องไหนสามารถนำมาทำ Content ได้
• เข้าใจ Short-form Content โดยเฉพาะ TikTok และ Instagram Reels
• สามารถถ่ายและตัดต่อ Video ได้ด้วยตัวเอง
• เข้าใจ Hook, Storytelling และ Retention
• สามารถทำงานใกล้ชิดกับ CEO และตามถ่าย Content จากสถานการณ์จริงได้
• เป็นคน Curious ชอบถามคำถาม และสามารถดึงเรื่องราวจากคนอื่นออกมาได้
• สามารถทำงานเร็ว และไม่ติดกับ Perfection จนทำให้ Content ออกช้า
• มี Ownership สูง สามารถคิดและผลักดันงานได้เอง

Preferred Qualities

จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษหาก:

• เคยทำ Personal Branding ให้ Founder / CEO / Entrepreneur / Creator
• เคยสร้างช่อง TikTok / Reels หรือ Personal Brand จากศูนย์
• เข้าใจเรื่อง Business, Entrepreneurship, Fashion หรือ Lifestyle
• สามารถดู Performance และนำ Data มาปรับ Content ได้
• มีความสนใจเรื่อง Branding และ Storytelling
• สามารถถ่าย Photography ได้
• สามารถใช้ Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut หรือ Editing Software อื่นได้ดี
• มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานด้าน Graphic Design / Motion Graphic

คนที่เหมาะกับตำแหน่งนี้ควรเป็นคนที่:

• ช่างสังเกต
• Curious
• กล้าถาม
• กล้าเสนอ Idea
• เข้าใจคนและ Storytelling
• Flexible กับ Schedule
• สามารถทำงานใน Environment ที่เร็วและมีหลายอย่างเกิดขึ้นพร้อมกัน
• สนุกกับการหา Content จากเหตุการณ์จริง มากกว่านั่งรอ Brief อย่างเดียว
