What they need
- ดูแลลูกค้า VIP หรือ Top Spender โดยทำหน้าที่เป็นทั้งSales Consultant และ Customer Service เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์การช้อปปิ้งแบบพิเศษ
- โทรหาลูกค้าเพื่อ Update Promotion ใหม่ๆที่น่าสนใจ รวมถึงการแนะนำและเสนอขายสินค้าที่ลูกค้าสนใจผ่านทางโทรศัพท์
- ดูแลลูกค้ากลุ่ม Top Spender ที่เข้ามาดูสินค้าเพิ่มเติมที่สาขา
- อำนวยความสะดวกด้านการสั่งซื้อสินค้า การชำระเงิน และการจัดส่งสินค้า
- ดูแลการบริการให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจและประทับใจ อย่างใกล้ชิด
- ดูแลยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายในกลุ่มสินค้าแบรนด์แฟชั่น อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
- บุคลิกภาพดี มีทักษะงานการบริการลูกค้ากลุ่ม Top Spender ของทางสาขา
- สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ไม่หยุดเสาร์อาทิตย์และปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะได้ เช่น 9.00-19.00 น./12.30-22.00 น.
