Pharmacy Store Assistant Assistant Manager – Dear Wellness

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก | Key Responsibilities

1. ดูแลภาพรวมการบริหารร้านและสินค้า
บริหารจัดการภาพรวมของร้าน Dear Wellness และกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ Health & Wellness เช่น สมุนไพรไทยและต่างประเทศ ยาอม สเปรย์กันยุง น้ำมันมะพร้าวสกัดเย็น วิตามิน และอาหารเสริมจากแบรนด์ชั้นนำ
Oversee the overall operations of Dear Wellness and manage a wide range of Health & Wellness products, including Thai and international herbal products, lozenges, mosquito repellents, cold-pressed coconut oil, vitamins, and leading supplement brands.

2. บริหารยอดขายและส่งเสริมการขายสินค้า
วางแผนและผลักดันยอดขายของแต่ละแบรนด์ รวมถึงนำเสนอสินค้าและโปรโมชั่นให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
Drive sales performance across product categories and brands, while developing effective product presentations and promotions to meet customer needs.

3. ให้คำแนะนำสินค้าและดูแลประสบการณ์ลูกค้า
ทำงานร่วมกับเภสัชกรประจำร้านและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เช่น วรมิตร ดรักเซ็นเตอร์ เพื่อให้คำแนะนำสินค้าแก่ลูกค้าอย่างเหมาะสมและสร้างความมั่นใจในการเลือกซื้อสินค้า
Collaborate with in-store pharmacists and specialists, such as Wormit Drug Center, to provide appropriate product recommendations and deliver a trusted customer experience.

4. บริหารจัดการสต๊อกสินค้า
ควบคุมและตรวจสอบสต๊อกสินค้าภาพรวมของแต่ละแบรนด์ วางแผนการเติมสินค้า ติดตามสินค้าคงเหลือ และลดปัญหาสินค้าขาดหรือค้างสต๊อก
Manage overall inventory across brands, including stock monitoring, replenishment planning, and minimizing out-of-stock and excess inventory situations.

5. บริหารจัดการ PC และทีมส่งเสริมการขาย
วางแผนและจัดตารางการทำงานของ PC จากแต่ละแบรนด์ รวมถึงติดตามการปฏิบัติงาน ประสิทธิภาพ และการให้บริการลูกค้าของทีม PC
Manage and coordinate brand Promoters (PCs), including scheduling, performance monitoring, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

6. ประสานงานและพัฒนาความร่วมมือกับแบรนด์และพันธมิตร
ประสานงานกับเจ้าของแบรนด์ ซัพพลายเออร์ เภสัชกร และพันธมิตรด้านสุขภาพ เพื่อพัฒนาสินค้า กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย และสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจของร้าน
Coordinate with brand owners, suppliers, pharmacists, and wellness partners to develop products, promotional activities, and new business opportunities for the store.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร | Qualifications

1. ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น บริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด การจัดการ หรือสาขาด้านสุขภาพ
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Health Sciences, or related fields.

2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารร้านค้าปลีก ร้านยา Health & Wellness หรือธุรกิจสินค้าเพื่อสุขภาพ
Experience in retail, pharmacy, Health & Wellness, or health-related product businesses is preferred.

3. มีความรู้และความสนใจในสินค้าเพื่อสุขภาพ สมุนไพร วิตามิน อาหารเสริม และผลิตภัณฑ์ Wellness
Strong interest and knowledge in health products, herbal products, vitamins, supplements, and wellness products.

4. มีทักษะด้านการขาย การบริการลูกค้า และสามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าและคู่ค้า
Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and business partners.

5. มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารทีม PC และประสานงานกับเภสัชกร แบรนด์ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้เป็นอย่างดี
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with Promoters, pharmacists, brands, and health specialists.

6. มีทักษะการบริหารสต๊อกสินค้า การวิเคราะห์ยอดขาย และสามารถใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อวางแผนธุรกิจได้
Experience in inventory management and sales analysis, with the ability to use data to support business planning.

7. มีใจรักงานบริการ บุคลิกดี กระตือรือร้น และมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
Service-minded, enthusiastic, well-presented, and positive attitude.

8. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีนได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Good English , Good Chaina communication skills will be an advantage.
