Qualifications:

1. จบการศึกษาวุฒิปริญญาตรี คณะบริหารธุรกิจ

2. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ Supply Chain หรือ Logistic

3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล, จัดทำรายงาน และตรวจสอบกระบวนการซัพพลายเชน

4. สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงาน และทำงานให้เสร็จภายในกำหนดเวลา

5. ปรับตัวได้ดี และมีความคิดริเริ่มในการทำงาน

6. ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน

7. สามารถพูด ฟัง อ่าน เขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี (ต้องสื่อสารกับชาวต่างชาติ)

8. สามารถใช้งาน Excel and Power BI ได้เป็นอย่างดี

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement and Inventory Management

• Create and manage PIR (Purchase Requisition) and SL (Source List)
• Convert PIR to PO (Purchase Order)
• Create and manage PV (Production Version)
• Create and extend LTCC (Low Touch Code Creation)
• Maintain and update master data

2. Reporting and Analysis

• Download and share Missing Part Report
• Generate OTIF-D (On Time In Full - Delivery) report
• Create service review deck in PowerPoint
• Prepare Monthly PA (Product Availability) report
• Generate Deployment Report (MPS, STO & STR)
• Create Container Forecast report
• Generate DCL MAPE & BIAS Report

3. Compliance and Credit Management

• Generate Write off Report
• Prepare Credit Memo Report & Analysis
• Generate Block Billing Report
• Prepare Bill Due List Report
• Generate Sales cut off Report
