รายละเอียดงาน • To support claims teams with complex claim requests while supporting management to up skill customer facing teams with training and coaching.

• To act as Clinical support to other non-clinical and clinical staff members, and other business areas within BUPA Thailand.

• To assess and evaluate proposed high cost treatment plans with Consultants, Hospitals and other Healthcare providers throughout claims processes, to determine appropriateness of care and setting, and enable effective case management/care coordination.

• To achieve KPI Purpose (Cost Containment)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Bachelor degree higher in nurse or medical technology
• Customer centric thinking
• Effective time management and prioritizing workload appropriately.
• Good understanding of the Health Care industry
• Able to deal calmly and professionally with uncertain situations
