งานประจำออฟฟิศที่ สาขาเชียงใหม่
ทำงานวันจันทร์-วันศุกร์ หยุด วันเสาร์ วันอาทิตย์และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์
เวลาทำงานเวลา 9.00 - 17.00 น.
ทำงานเกี่ยวกับการดูแลบริหารบุคลากรและวางแผนการตลาดให้กับทีมงานในออฟฟิศ
ทำการตลาดของบริษัทและวางแผนให้ทีมงานทำการตลาดและงานที่ทางผู้จัดการมอบหมาย
ทำหน้าที่ฝึกอบรมบุคคลากรใหม่ พัฒนาทีมงานให้สามารถทำงานได้ตามเป้าของบริษัทและให้ความรู้ในการทำงานกับทีมงาน
บทบาทงานที่รับผิดชอบ
- สรรหาพัฒนาบุคคลาการ
- กระตุ้นการทำงานของบุคคลากรในบริษัท
- ฝึกอบรมและเทรนความรู้ในการทำงาน
- กำกับบริหารและวางแผนการทำงานร่วมทั้ง ทำกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการทำงานให้กับทีม
- ทำการตลาดให้กับบริษัท
- ดูแลทีมงานของบริษัท
