What they need
- ร่วมกับทีม Sales ในการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการและปัญหาของลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับระบบ HR
- เก็บรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ Business Requirement จากลูกค้า
- ศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจกระบวนการ HR เช่น Employee Management ,Time Attendance ,Leave Management ,Payroll ,Employee Self-Service (ESS) ฯลฯ
- ออกแบบและนำเสนอ Solution ให้สอดคล้องกับ Business Process ของลูกค้า
- จัดทำและนำเสนอ Product Presentation / Solution Presentation
- จัดเตรียมและดำเนินการ Product Demo ให้แก่ลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับทีม Developer / Implement / SA / Support เพื่อประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของ Solution
- ให้ข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดทำ Proposal, Quotation และเอกสารประกอบการเสนอราคา
- จัดทำเอกสาร Requirement, หรือเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย
- รวบรวม Feedback จากลูกค้าและนำเสนอให้ทีม Product / Development เพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงระบบ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
