Process Engineer (Optical Module Assembly)

1. Develop, establish, and improve product assembly processes, and coordinate with the R&D team to support new product introduction (NPI).
2. Select, test, accept, maintain, and troubleshoot production machines, automation equipment, and assembly jigs/fixtures.
3. Prepare, update, and control SOPs, establish work standards, and provide training for production operators.
4. Analyze and solve production process issues, monitor defects, and drive continuous improvement to increase yield and production efficiency.
5. Perform other duties and support special projects assigned by the supervisor.

7. รับผิดชอบการคัดเลือก การทดสอบ การตรวจรับ การบำรุงรักษา และการแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์อัตโนมัติ และ Jig/Fixture ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการประกอบ
8. จัดทำ ปรับปรุง และควบคุมเอกสาร SOP รวมถึงกำหนดมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานและฝึกอบรมพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต
9. วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหากระบวนการผลิต ติดตามของเสีย (Defect) และผลักดันกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงเพื่อเพิ่ม Yield และประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
10. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ และสนับสนุนโครงการพิเศษตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in Assembly Process, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Engineering in the electronics industry.
3. Good knowledge of assembly processes, problem-solving, and process improvement.
4. Experience with automation equipment, production machines, and jigs/fixtures is an advantage.
5. Able to prepare SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), and engineering documents.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office with good data analysis skills.
7. Good command of English. Chinese language skills will be an advantage.

9. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Assembly Process, Manufacturing Engineering หรือ Process Engineering ในอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
10. มีความรู้ด้านกระบวนการประกอบ การวิเคราะห์ปัญหา และการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
11. มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติ อุปกรณ์การผลิต และ Jig/Fixture จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
12. สามารถจัดทำ SOP, WI และเอกสารทางวิศวกรรมได้
13. สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้ และมีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
14. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ และหากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
