We Are Hiring – Senior Procurement

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Procurement Admin to support and enhance our purchasing operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and strong supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee procurement processes from PR to PO and delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments (Production / Warehouse / Finance)
• Prepare and review Purchase Orders (PO) and procurement documentation
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency
• Analyze quotations, negotiate pricing, and support sourcing strategies
• Maintain and update supplier database, pricing, and contracts
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
• Handle procurement reporting, cost analysis, and data tracking
• Support audits and documentation control
• Solve procurement-related issues and improve process efficiency

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing
3. Experience in SAP or ERP systems (preferred)
4. Strong negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
6. Experience in industrial / paint / chemical business is an advantage
7. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
