Procurement Manager

·        Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with hotel goals and budget.

·        พัฒนาและดำเนินกลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายและงบประมาณของโรงแรม

·        Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

·        คัดเลือกและประเมินผู้จำหน่ายเพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพ ความคุ้มค่า และความน่าเชื่อถือ

·        Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers and vendors.

·        เจรจาสัญญา เงื่อนไข และราคากับผู้จำหน่ายและซัพพลายเออร์

·        Oversee purchasing activities for all hotel departments including food and beverage, housekeeping,

maintenance, and other operational areas.

·        ดูแลกิจกรรมการจัดซื้อของทุกแผนกในโรงแรม เช่น อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม แม่บ้าน ฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง และฝ่ายปฏิบัติการอื่นๆ

·        Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.

·        ควบคุมและติดตามระดับสินค้าคงคลังเพื่อป้องกันการเก็บสต็อกเกินหรือตกต่ำ

·        Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs.

·        ประสานงานกับแผนกภายในเพื่อคาดการณ์ความต้องการในการจัดซื้อ

·        Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

·        ตรวจสอบให้มั่นใจว่าการจัดซื้อเป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท กฎหมาย และจริยธรรม

·        Manage supplier relationships and resolve any procurement-related issues.

·        บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับผู้จำหน่ายและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดซื้อ

·        Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, savings, and supplier performance.

·        จัดทำและนำเสนอรายงานเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมการจัดซื้อ การประหยัดค่าใช้จ่าย และประสิทธิภาพของผู้จำหน่าย

·        Lead, coach, and develop procurement team members.

·        นำทีม ฝึกอบรม และพัฒนาทีมงานจัดซื้อ

·        Perform other duties as assigned by Managing Director.

·        ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากกรรมการผู้จัดการ
