ตำแหน่ง: Procurement Manager
รายงานต่อ: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- วางแผนและบริหารกลยุทธ์ Procurement ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนโครงการ งบประมาณ และเป้าหมายธุรกิจ
- บริหารจัดซื้อจัดจ้างสำหรับโครงการ Warehouse, Factory
- ดูแลกระบวนการ Sourcing, Tender/Bidding, เปรียบเทียบราคา และเจรจาต่อรอง กับ Vendor และ Contractor
- บริหาร Vendor & Contractor Network รวมถึงการคัดเลือก ประเมิน และพัฒนาคู่ค้า
- ควบคุมต้นทุนโครงการ โดยมุ่งเน้น Cost Saving, Cost Optimization และ Value for Money
- ประสานงานกับทีม Project, QS, Design & Development, Property Management และ Finance เพื่อให้การจัดซื้อเป็นไปตาม Scope, Budget, Quality และ Timeline
- กำกับกระบวนการจัดซื้อให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท มีความโปร่งใส และตรวจสอบได้
- จัดทำรายงานและ Procurement Dashboard เพื่อติดตามผลการจัดซื้อและ Cost Saving
- บริหารและพัฒนาทีม Procurement ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและรองรับการเติบโตของธุรกิจ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก COO
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรม บริหารธุรกิจ การจัดซื้อ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Procurement/Purchasing อย่างน้อย 5-7 ปี และมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีม
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Construction, Real Estate, Industrial Property, Warehouse หรือ Factory
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Construction Procurement, Tender/Bidding และ Contract Negotiation
- มีทักษะด้าน Cost Analysis, Cost Saving และการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีความสามารถในการบริหาร Vendor/Contractor และสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับคู่ค้า
- มีภาวะผู้นำ วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี สามารถบริหารหลายโครงการพร้อมกัน
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงาน และใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
