Product Engineer (Optical Module)

Job description：

• Coordinate with the R&D team to introduce new products into production, including sample preparation, product testing, and reliability evaluation.
• Maintain production system data such as Part Numbers, BOM, and Process Flow, as well as related equipment, tools, and jigs/fixtures.
• Analyze production data, monitor quality issues and defects, drive corrective actions, and improve yield and production efficiency.
• Coordinate and provide technical support to customers, follow up on Engineering Change requests, and handle customer complaints.
• Implement cost reduction projects and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
• ประสานงานกับทีม R&D ในการนำผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่เข้าสู่การผลิต รวมถึงการจัดทำตัวอย่าง การทดสอบ และการประเมินความน่าเชื่อถือของผลิตภัณฑ์
• ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาข้อมูลในระบบการผลิต เช่น Part Number, BOM, Process Flow รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ และ Jig/Fixture ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต ติดตามปัญหาด้านคุณภาพและของเสีย ผลักดันการแก้ไขปัญหา และปรับปรุง Yield และประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
• ประสานงานและสนับสนุนความต้องการทางเทคนิคของลูกค้า ติดตาม Engineering Change และจัดการข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
• ดำเนินโครงการลดต้นทุน รวมถึงงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Qualification：

1. High Vocational or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 2–3 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry and related manufacturing processes.
3. Familiar with the reliability standards of optical fiber products and related manufacturing processes and production equipment.
4. Proficient in engineering design software such as CAD and SolidWorks, and familiar with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
5. Experience in Project Management.
6. Good command of English. Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
7. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญา (ปวส.) ขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
8. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และกระบวนการผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
9. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ (Reliability) ของผลิตภัณฑ์ใยแก้วนำแสง (Optical Fiber) และมีความคุ้นเคยกับกระบวนการผลิตรวมถึงการใช้งานเครื่องจักรที่เกี่ยวข้อง
10. สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมออกแบบทางวิศวกรรม เช่น CAD และ SolidWorks ได้ และมีความคุ้นเคยกับโปรแกรม Microsoft Office และ PowerPoint
11. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารโครงการ (Project Management)
12. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ และหากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
