Product Manager – Hair Solutions

วาง Product Strategy, Product Roadmap และ Product Portfolio สำหรับกลุ่ม Hair Solutions

ศึกษา Customer Insight, Market Trend, Competitor และ Hair Treatment Trend เพื่อหาโอกาสในการพัฒนาและต่อยอดผลิตภัณฑ์

กำหนด Product Concept, Target Customer, Positioning, USP, Pricing และ Key Selling Point ของแต่ละผลิตภัณฑ์

ทำงานร่วมกับ แพทย์และ R&D ในการพัฒนา Product Concept และ Solution สำหรับปัญหา Hair Loss, Hair Thinning และ Scalp Care รวมถึงการดูแลก่อน–หลัง Hair Transplant

ประสานงานกับ R&D / OEM / ODM / Supplier ตั้งแต่ Product Brief, Prototype, Testing จนถึง Commercial Launch

วางแนวทางการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ร่วมกันเป็น Hair Solution / Product Regimen เช่น Shampoo + Morning Serum + Night Serum + Supplement เพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับ Customer Journey และ Treatment

วางแผน Go-to-Market, Product Launch และ Product Campaign ร่วมกับ Marketing และ Sales

จัดทำ Product Knowledge และ Training Material พร้อม Training ทีมขายและทีมคลินิกให้สามารถนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ได้อย่างถูกต้อง

วิเคราะห์ Sales, Product Performance, Customer Feedback, Repeat Purchase และ Product Profitability พร้อมเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์

บริหาร Product Lifecycle และหาโอกาสในการพัฒนา New Product / Product Extension / New Hair Solution อย่างต่อเนื่อง
