Job Descriptions:
- Direct, plan, and control assembly processes to maximize production efficiency.
- Optimize assembly workflows to reduce waste and boost productivity.
- Adopt new technologies and upgrade tooling to streamline operations.
- Maintain strict quality and safety standards on the shop floor.
- Support ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome! (No prior experience required).
Good command of spoken and written English.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with AI tools/applications.
