Production Engineer Leader/หัวหน้างานวิศวกรรมการผลิต

Project Responsibilities

1. Conduct current state assessments and analyze existing problems.
2. Design production processes, develop new machine designs, create layouts, design infrastructure systems, and reduce process defects.
3. Supervise machine installation activities.
4. Oversee machine setup and trial condition testing.
5. Prepare machine support documentation.
6. Conduct OJT (On-the-Job Training) for operators on new machines.
7. Monitor and verify Cycle Time (CT), Operation Rate, Capacity, and Manpower.
8. Support QC audits and document system evaluations.
9. Be responsible for E1 and QAV evaluations.
10. Support the mass production start-up process.

New Model Responsibilities

1. Prepare and maintain P-FMEA documentation.
2. Design manufacturing processes and prepare Flow Process and Process Plan documents.
3. Manage New Model projects, including Tooling Investment activities and related documentation.
4. Prepare machinery and equipment readiness plans based on the 5M concept and maintain the Equipment Plan documentation.
5. Define machine specifications and Jig & Tool requirements for New Model projects.
6. Design and coordinate infrastructure requirements (air supply, electricity, and water systems) with the machine and equipment control department.
7. Manage the procurement process for machines, Jigs, and Tools.
8. Monitor the progress of machine manufacturing and Jig/Tool preparation and update the Equipment Plan accordingly.
9. Prepare Inspection Data and Verification Record Sheets for machine, Jig, and Tooling acceptance, ensuring that all specifications meet the defined requirements.
10. Summarize and report machine trial condition results.
11. Prepare inspection documents for Jigs used in daily/monthly inspections and establish tool life control standards in coordination with the production department for inspection and control purposes.
12. Prepare machine handover documentation and transfer new machines, Jigs, and Tooling to the production department.

Other Responsibilities

1. Participate in analysis meetings and propose VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) improvement initiatives.
2. Present ideas for cost reduction and automotive part price optimization.
3. Be responsible for machine trial condition results and evaluations.
4. Prepare and submit 4M Change documentation for customer approval when changes affect production processes.
5. Troubleshoot and repair machines when the Maintenance Department is unable to resolve issues.
6. Verify machine conditions and operating parameters after maintenance work and inspect abnormal machines or products to ensure proper operation and quality compliance.
