Qualifications & experience

• Graduated bachelor degree or higher in pharmacy.
• Experience in pharmaceutical production and GMP compliance.
• Has a pharmacist license.
• Good skills in English and computer skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional coordination effectively

Tasks & responsibilities

1. Production Operations

   • Supervise daily pharmaceutical manufacturing activities (e.g. weighing, mixing, granulation, compression, filling, packaging)
   • Ensure production processes follow approved Master Batch Records (MBR) and SOPs
   • Monitor production performance, yield, and deviations
   • Ensure on-time production in accordance with the production plan

2. GMP and Regulatory Compliance

   • Ensure compliance with GMP, PIC/S, and regulatory authority requirements
   • Review and approve batch manufacturing records (BMR)
   • Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits
   • Support investigations of deviations, OOS, and CAPA

3. Quality and Documentation

   • Ensure accurate and complete production documentation
   • Review and verify production data for accuracy and traceability
   • Support validation and qualification activities (process, cleaning, equipment)
   • Ensure data integrity and compliance with ALCOA principles

4. People & Shift Supervision

   1. Supervise production operators and technicians
   2. Provide on-the-job training and GMP coaching
   3. Ensure adequate manpower and shift coverage
   4. Promote safety, quality awareness, and discipline

5. Safety, Health & Environment (HSE)

   • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and chemical handling
   • Enforce PPE usage and safe working practices
   • Report and investigate safety incidents
   • Support environmental and waste management practices

6. Continuous Improvement

   • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
   • Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or cost-reduction initiatives
   • Support new product transfer and scale-up activities

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

   • Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Warehouse, and Planning
   • Support product release activities and issue resolution
   • Communicate production status and issues to management
