Production Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities

1. ควบคุมและบริหารกระบวนการผลิตในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต เป้าหมายด้านคุณภาพ ต้นทุน และการส่งมอบ
   Control and manage production operations to achieve production plans and targets for quality, cost, and delivery.
2. วางแผนและจัดสรรกำลังคน เครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ และวัตถุดิบให้เหมาะสมกับแผนการผลิต
   Plan and allocate manpower, machines, equipment, and materials according to production requirements.
3. ควบคุมและติดตามปริมาณการผลิตและ Productivity ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
   Monitor production output and productivity to ensure achievement of established targets.
4. ตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตและคุณภาพชิ้นงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการทำงานและ Drawing
   Ensure production processes and product quality comply with work standards and drawings.
5. บริหารและควบคุมพนักงานในสายการผลิต รวมถึงให้คำแนะนำและแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน
   Supervise production line employees, provide guidance, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
6. วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการผลิต พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
   Analyze and resolve production issues and coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operations.
7. ดำเนินกิจกรรม Productivity Improvement และ Cost Saving เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดความสูญเสียในกระบวนการผลิต
   Drive productivity improvement and cost-saving activities to improve efficiency and reduce production losses.
8. ควบคุมและส่งเสริมความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน รวมถึงตรวจสอบจุดเสี่ยงและดำเนินการกรณีเกิด Incident/Accident
   Promote workplace safety, identify potential risks, and take appropriate action in case of incidents or accidents.
9. สนับสนุนการทดลองผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ เครื่องจักรใหม่ และการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
   Support new product trials, new machine implementation, and production process improvement activities

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร / Qualifications

• วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. – ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุมงานผลิตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
  Experience in production supervision within a manufacturing environment.
• มีประสบการณ์บริหารและควบคุมพนักงานในสายการผลิต
  Experience in supervising and managing production line employees.
• มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้าน Productivity Improvement และ Cost Saving
  Knowledge or experience in productivity improvement and cost-saving activities.
• มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารทีม ตัดสินใจ และแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานได้ดี
  Strong leadership, team management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี
  Ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• มีแนวคิดด้าน Continuous Improvement และมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ด้าน Quality, Productivity และ Cost Reduction
  Continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์หรือชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  Experience in the automotive or automotive parts manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
