คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Project Control / Project Coordinator / Project Engineer อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในงานเครื่องจักรหรือระบบ Automation จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความเข้าใจโครงสร้างงานโครงการเครื่องจักร เช่น Design → Fabrication → Assembly → Installation → Commissioning
- สามารถวางแผนและติดตามแผนงานโครงการ (Project Schedule) ได้ เช่น 1.การจัดทำ Timeline 2.Critical Path 3.Progress Tracking
- สามารถวิเคราะห์และควบคุมต้นทุนโครงการ เช่น Material Cost / Labor / Outsource / Variation Order
- มีความสามารถในการจัดทำรายงาน เช่น Progress Report, S-Curve, Cost Tracking, Delay Analysis
- สามารถประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Design Engineer, Production, Purchasing, Site Installation
- มีความเข้าใจ Drawing หรือ BOQ/BOM ของเครื่องจักรในระดับพื้นฐาน
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานหลายโปรเจกต์พร้อมกันได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ทั้งภายในทีมและลูกค้า
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- วางระบบ ติดตามแผนงาน และควบคุมงบประมาณโครงการเครื่องจักรแบบครบวงจร เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเครื่องจักรจะถูกส่งมอบได้ตรงตามเวลา ภายใต้ต้นทุนที่กำหนด และมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานวิศวกรรม
