What they need
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ จำนวนปริมาณงานและราคาที่ผู้รับเหมาเสนอมา
- ตรวจสอบลำดับความสำคัญของการใช้วัสดุ จำนวนปริมาณที่จะต้องใช้ในแต่ละงวดงานและระยะเวลาในการผลิตวัสดุ
- วางแผนงานให้เสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบความก้าวหน้าโครงการ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้นต่อผู้ควบคุมงานหรือเจ้าของโครงการ
- วางแผนการเบิกเงินในแต่ละงวดงานของโครงการตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนจบโครงการและเร่งรัดงวดงานให้เป็นไปตามแผน
- ประชุมวางแผนความก้าวหน้าโครงการกับผู้ควบคุมงานหรือเจ้าของโครงการ
- จัดทำเอกสารส่งมอบงานเพื่อขอคืนเงินค้ำประกันผลงานและ Bank Gurrantee
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
