การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5 ปี
มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานด้านการบริหารโครงการ เช่น การวางแผนงาน การจัดการทรัพยากรและบริหารต้นทุน การจัดลำดับความสำคัญ
มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้
มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ติดตามงานได้ และใส่ใจรายละเอียด
มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหา และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
เปิดรับการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ มี Growth Mindset และพร้อมพัฒนาตัวเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง
สามารถใช้งาน เช่น Excel, PowerPoint, Word ได้เป็นอย่างดี
หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้งานเครื่องมือ Project Management เช่น MS Project, Jira, Trello จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
