วางแผนและบริหารงานจัดซื้อสินค้าให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายบริษัท
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขายและสินค้าคงคลัง เพื่อวางแผนการจัดซื้อให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- เจรจาต่อรองราคา เงื่อนไข และข้อตกลงกับผู้ขาย/ซัพพลายเออร์
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมกระบวนการจัดซื้อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของบริษัท
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายอื่นๆ เช่น คลังสินค้า ประสานงานขาย ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการขาย เป็นต้น
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการจัดซื้อ และติดตามการส่งมอบสินค้า
- ควบคุมและบริหารทีมจัดซื้อให้ทำงานตามเป้าหมายและ KPI
- จัดทำรายงานนำส่งผู้บริหาร รายงานสรุปการสั่งซื้อ / รายงานปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไข / รายงานวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มการคาดการปริมาณการสั่งซื้อในอนาคต รายงานสินค้าคงเหลือจากการสั่งซื้อ และอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
