- ประสบการณ์โรงงานผลิตอาหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ระบบคุณภาพ GMP/HACCP ,Food Safety , 5 ส
- มีภาวะผู้นำและบริหารจัดการ
