รายละเอียดงาน
ถอดแบบและคำนวณปริมาณงานก่อสร้าง (Quantity Take-Off) ตามแบบและรายการประกอบแบบ
จัดทำ BOQ ประมาณราคา และวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนงานก่อสร้าง
ตรวจสอบและควบคุมปริมาณงานให้สอดคล้องกับงบประมาณโครงการ
ตรวจสอบปริมาณงานเพิ่ม–ลด (Variation Order) และจัดทำเอกสารประกอบ
ตรวจสอบปริมาณงานเพื่อประกอบการเบิกงวดงานของผู้รับเหมา
ประสานงานกับวิศวกร ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และทีมโครงการ
งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์งาน QS หรือประมาณราคาก่อสร้าง 2 ปีขึ้นไป
สามารถใช้ AutoCAD, Excel และโปรแกรมประมาณราคาได้ดี
สามารถอ่านแบบ ถอดปริมาณ และวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนงานก่อสร้างได้
