รายละเอียดงาน

1. Researching and developing new products.

2. Optimizing and improving quality of current products.

3. Planning, performing test and evaluating test results of formulation, new raw materials, new products.

4. Compiling and controlling document: Protocol, report, records and product information files.

5. Supporting production department to validate new product manufacturing processes.

6. Supporting Marketing department to develop new product designs

7. Supporting QC department in finished product specification, raw materials specifications.

8. Optimizing and improving quality of current products.

9. Support the ISO certificate(s) and manages corrective/preventive actions

10. Follow other duties if required from Senior Technical/R&D Manager

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Male or female aged 24 years or above

• Bachelor or higher, Major in Chemistry, Rubber, Polymers or science etc.

• At least 1 years experiences in Rubber or Latex company or related R&D jobs. Preferably Senior staff/Team leader/Supervisor specializing in Medical Products or equivalent.

• Good command of English in communication and writing reports.

• Understanding of Medical Device, ISO, Quality Manual, Safety, Quality policy and objectives

• Skill requirements are data analysis, problem-solving with logical thinking, Team Leadership, Team building, Accountability, Human resource management
