หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
รับ Requirement จำนวนมากจากหลายสาขา และหลายหน่วยงาน
ดำเนินการสรรหาบุคลากรแบบ Mass Recruitment ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนอัตรากำลังของแต่ละสาขา และหน่วยงานที่ต้องการ ในตำแหน่ง เช่น พนักงานขายสินเชื่อ, เร่งรัดหนี่สิน(FCR), Telesales สินเชื่อและประกัน
ดูแลกระบวนการสรรหาตั้งแต่ Sourcing, Screening, Interview, Selection จนถึง Offer & Onboarding
สรรหาผู้สมัครจำนวนมากผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ เช่น Job Portal, Social Media, Recruitment Campaign, Referral และกิจกรรม Job Fair
ทำ Campaign เพื่อดึงผู้สมัครจำนวนมาก สร้าง Candidate Pool ได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
ประสานงานกับ Hiring Manager / Area Manager / ผู้บริหารสาขา เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการและวางแผนการสรรหา
พัฒนาและทดลองช่องทางหรือวิธีการสรรหาใหม่ ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มจำนวนและคุณภาพของผู้สมัคร
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขา HR, Business Administration, Psychology หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Recruitment อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ สรรหาพนักงานจำนวนมากได้ดี เช่น พนักงานขายประจำสาขา เร่งรัดหนี้สินภาคสนาม Telesales
- หากมีประสบการณ์ Mass Recruitment / Volume Hiring จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์สรรหาบุคลากรใน ธุรกิจการเงิน, ธนาคาร, สินเชื่อ, ประกัน, Retail หรือธุรกิจที่มีสาขาจำนวนมาก จะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
- มีประสบการณ์ดูแลตำแหน่งระดับ Branch / Sales / Customer Service / Operations หรือกลุ่มงานที่ต้องสรรหาจำนวนมาก
- สามารถบริหารผู้สมัครจำนวนมากและหลายตำแหน่งพร้อมกันได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการ Sourcing และสามารถเลือกใช้ Recruitment Channel ให้เหมาะกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
- มีความคล่องตัว เดินทางไปต่างจังหวัด ทำงานนอกเวลาและในวันหยุดได้
