What they need
คุณสมบัติ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดี และสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับใช้งาน
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Restaurant Captain, Head Waiter หรือหัวหน้าทีมบริการในธุรกิจโรงแรมหรือร้านอาหาร อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถควบคุม ดูแล และมอบหมายงานให้ทีมงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานการบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม (Food & Beverage Service Standards)
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและรับมือกับข้อร้องเรียนของผู้เข้าพักได้อย่างเหมาะสม
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานระหว่างแผนก และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะ รวมถึงวันหยุดประจำสัปดาห์และวันนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
- หากสามารถขับรถกอล์ฟได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
